Vocational Training Schools

It is apparent that even if children are in the educational system, they will need training and support to move on to the next step of applying that education. Hence, Pratham's vocational centers are a bridge for students to facilitate their entry into the Indian workforce.

  • Pratham started these occupational training centers in end of 2005 in Mumbai
  • Currently, four centers exist
  • Adolescent youth are being skilled with the objective of improving their employability in various trades and professions

For more information on these centers, please visit Pratham India website.
